What's so great about
this tape is that I can actually
do all of the exercises, albeit not even close to the level you'll have
us attain. These are functional and are a serious threat to
that roll of fat around my middle. The plyometrics is what's needed with me. I
have to be pushed. This tape does that in spades.

It allows room for immense gains yet tailors to the individual all in one. Being
able to strive for the level set on the tape is great!! The laid back way Coach
Cecchine coaches you through the tape is also great. My legs also hurt like a
mother *&#$*!!! What is really a bitch is sitting down and getting up from a
chair for me!! My thighs and calves are trashed from the jumps (the few I did).
I think the whole damn work out for me was maybe 5 minutes actually doing
something then the remaining 50 trying to jog in place without quitting.
Which didn't happen either. I had to pause the tape and take breathers
